We want you to be 100% satisfied with anything you've purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item to us for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Please include your name, order number, and a note with the reason for return or exchange. If you require a different size or color, please say so.

    1. No return authorization number is needed.

    2. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

    3. No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 30 days from purchase.

    4. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on return          shipments. We highly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of delivery, proper packaging, and insurance for your return shipment.

    5. All items must be returned in salable condition (unworn and unlaundered).

    6. Please return ball caps in a proper type shipping container, otherwise the cap may  be damaged.

    7. We will credit your original method of payment.

    8. Returns and exchanges will be handled promptly . . . usually within 2 weeks from the time we receive your returned item.
